By creating an account or using RentNumber, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

RentNumber provides temporary and long-term virtual phone number rental services for SMS verification purposes. Numbers are sourced from third-party providers and availability is not guaranteed.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• One account is permitted per person; duplicate accounts may be suspended.

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or fraud.
• Harassment, spam or abuse of any kind.
• Circumventing bans or restrictions on other platforms.
• Any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Services are prepaid using funds in your RentNumber wallet.
• Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and vary by country, service, provider and live availability.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
• Deposits are non-refundable except where refund is required by law or under the refund terms below.
• Wallet balance may only be used for services on our platform. Funds do not earn interest and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• You are responsible for confirming payment details before completing a deposit.

• Short-term rentals are automatically refunded to your wallet when no SMS is received before expiry, subject to system and provider confirmation.
• Long-term rentals are refundable only when no messages were received, subject to provider policy.
• Cancelled numbers that have received an SMS are not eligible for a refund.
• Deposit refund requests are handled case by case through support.

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Number availability depends on third-party providers and may vary by country and service. We are not liable for failed verifications caused by provider issues.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or abuse our platform. Remaining wallet balance may be forfeited in cases of fraud.

RentNumber is provided “as is” without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be announced by email or through a platform notification.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Nigeria.
